Ustadh Yusuf is a graduate of Al-Azhar University and holds Ijazah in Hafs an Asim. With 12 years of teaching experience across three continents, he has guided over 500 students to read the Quran beautifully with proper Tajweed.
Ustadh Yusuf began his Quran journey at age 7 in Cairo, completing his Hifz by 14. He earned his Bachelor's in Islamic Studies from Al-Azhar before specializing in Tajweed under leading scholars.
His teaching style emphasizes patience, repetition, and joyful practice. He believes every student — regardless of age or background — deserves a teacher who meets them where they are.
Outside of teaching, Ustadh Yusuf is a father of three and enjoys reading classical Arabic poetry.
